How to perform a massage correctly?

Bust:

• Outline the movement clockwise, going from under the armpit, further under the breast, upwards. Perform 10 repetitions.
• Make short movements from the nipple towards the neck, upwards. Do 5-10 repetitions on each breast.

Neckline:

• Perform five circular movements on the neckline.
• Pause briefly at the collarbone and run the brush outwards over it.
• Perform three repetitions.
• Make five movements from the shoulders towards the chest.

Neck:

Lift the chin upwards and make upward and downward movements with the brush.
Perform 10 repetitions.

Face:

Massage gently from the nose towards the outside. This is the ideal way to prepare your face to receive cosmetics.
